An event every week that begins at 6:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 2, 2019

Circuit Training is an effective way to keep your workout from growing stale while improving mobility, strength and stamina. These sessions include a warm-up phase, training phase, cool down phase and stretching phase. The stations are designed to work the entire body, while offering a low-impact alternative to resistance training.
